LSW & Associates is an independent insurance agency affiliated and certified with the Social Security Administration (SSA), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), state Secretaries of State, and Offices of the Insurance Commissioner (OIC) in the states of Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, and Idaho.

I previously worked exclusively for Humana, where I specialized in educating and enrolling retirees and disabled individuals in Medicare and Medicaid and Medi-Cal plans. I currently maintain national compliance certifications, including A-HIP certification for 2026–2027, which is renewed annually to stay current with Medicare regulations and insurance carrier updates. These certifications allow me to better guide and support clients while maintaining full compliance standards.

As an Independent Medicare and Medicaid insurance agent, I offer personalized service and enrollment assistance for plans through Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Devoted Health, and Kaiser Permanente for the 2026–2027 plan year.

I carefully select the carriers to help clients find Medicare coverage that best fits their healthcare needs, including access to physicians, dental providers, hearing specialists, and vision care within their local counties and ZIP codes.

My goal is to help clients stay informed about Medicare updates, Healthcare Network changes, and plan options available throughout Washington, Oregon, Arizona, California, and Idaho. Whether you are turning 65 and enrolling for the first time or reviewing your current coverage, I am committed to helping you make informed decisions about your current healthcare and future needs.
